In part one of our Health Autonomy Series, you'll learn about how what you eat relates to how you feel. You'll learn how to track foods and their effects on your body, mind, and overall health, listen to your body with compassion instead of feeling annoyed by it, and make more aligned choices for the type of health you want to have.
This 5 module course will guide you through a process of elimination and reintroduction of foods that have been linked to common ailments like joint pain, brain fog, inflammatory gut, and more. You'll learn to take control of your eating and symptoms by experiencing in real time which food culprits are at the root of many of these daily annoyances.

What You'll Learn
What You'll Learn
Module 1: Grounding Into Your Why
Learn what an elimination-style experiment actually is—and what it isn’t—so you can step into this process without fear, perfectionism, or “diet” energy. You’ll connect with your personal why, set gentle intentions, and get clear on the symptoms and patterns you’re most curious about before you change a single thing.
Module 2: Designing Your Gentle Reset
In this module, you’ll design a simple, doable version of an elimination phase that fits your real life, not an idealized one. You’ll choose which foods to pause for a few weeks, map out go‑to meals and snacks, and get set up with tracking tools so you can observe your body’s signals with clarity and compassion.
Module 3: Living the Elimination Phase
Here you’ll actually live the reset: eating from your chosen list, using the symptom and mood trackers, and noticing how your body responds over time. You’ll get practical guidance for cravings, social situations, and “off days,” so you can stay consistent without all‑or‑nothing thinking or shame when things aren’t perfect.
Module 4: Reintroducing With Curiosity
Once you’ve established a new baseline, this module shows you how to gently
bring foods back in—one at a time—so you can see more clearly what may or may not be contributing to your symptoms. You’ll use step‑by‑step reintroduction instructions and a dedicated tracker to capture your observations, turning guesswork into grounded, personal insight.
Module 5: Integrating Your New Food Map
In the final module, you’ll turn everything you’ve noticed into a simple “food map” that reflects your current body, life, and values. You’ll identify which foods feel supportive, which might be occasional, and which you may want to avoid for now, and you’ll leave with a realistic plan for moving forward, without rigid rules or relying on quick fixes to mute your body’s voice.
