All supplement, personal care, oral care, and skin care product orders, are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary between 5-7 business days.

All apparel orders require at least one week to process the order. Shipping times vary between 1-5 business days once your item has been made.

All physical books and journals require a minimum of one week to process the order. Shipping times vary between 1-5 business days once the order has been completed.
