Product & Ingredient Information

Are your products all-natural or organic?

Every product we offer is formulated with clean, toxin-free ingredients. Many are certified organic or naturally derived, and any synthetics used are safe, stable, and sustainably sourced.

In many cases, companies use organic and or regenerative ingredients but because certification is expensive, some companies are too small to pursue it. For specific product information, see the product page.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?

We partner only with brands that are 100% cruelty-free, and many of our offerings are vegan. Any exceptions (such as products containing bee-derived ingredients, collagen, aminos, etc.) are clearly labeled.

Do your supplements contain common allergens?

Most of our supplements are free from artificial additives, GMOs, and common allergens such as dairy, gluten, nuts, and soy, unless specified. Full ingredient panels are featured on each product page.

Are your supplements tested for quality and safety?

Yes. All supplements are produced in certified facilities following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and tested for purity, potency, and safety.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on all supplements, oral, personal and skin care. If you’re not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To honor our commitment to reducing waste, all apparel, mugs and journals are printed on demand and are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your account anytime to check your order status.

Can I take your supplements with prescription medication?

Always consult a healthcare professional before combining supplements with prescription medications or medical treatments.

How should I store supplements and skincare products?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid excess moisture to preserve product potency and freshness.

Are your coffee and tea products organic or fair trade?

We feature only specialty coffee, which in most cases is both fair trade and farmed in high quality soils.

All teas are sourced from sustainable, fair-trade farms and free of pesticide residues.

Do you offer guidance on how to use your wellness products?

Yes. Each product page includes detailed usage instructions, and our email newsletter and blog include tutorials, recipes, and wellness tips.​

How do I access my online course after purchase?

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure login link to access your course content instantly.

Are your programs suitable for beginners?

Yes. All programs are designed to support both newcomers and seasoned wellness seekers, covering topics like clean eating, rewilding, and holistic living. Content is broken down into bite-sized pieces that allow for full integration.

Do you offer certificates of completion?

We do not offer certificates in these programs as they are meant specifically for personal enrichment. If you would like to attain a professional credential, please join us at the Kairos Institute of Sacred Sciences. Can I gift a course?

Yes! Gift cards can be applied to anything in our store, including our courses.

Are your products sustainably packaged?

We have selected our product lines based on both the quality of ingredients and the sustainability of packaging. In most cases, eco-friendly materials like glass, aluminum, or biodegradable plastics are used.

Do you offset your carbon footprint?

Yes, we support verified carbon offset programs as part of our shipping and sourcing strategies.

What are your sourcing standards?
