How To Use
Traditional: Sift 1 scoop (1 teaspoon) of matcha into a bowl. Add 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) of hot water (160–175°F / 70–80°C). Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy. Serve immediately.
Latte: Add in your favorite steamed milk for a smooth matcha latte.
