You're Pooping Wrong and Now You're Full of It...
As we ring in the new year, I want to help you 'purge' as much of the 2024 debris as possible.
And that starts with what you're 'holding on to' in your gut.

Yes, these all have a big impact on your digestive health. BUT...
Thanks to 'advancements in society' we are damaging our body by not eliminating the way nature intended.
It's become 'civilized' to poop in a seated position instead of squatting like nature intended.
This is why constipation and hemorrhoids are so 'normal' these days.
They shouldn't be.
Here's why...
When you're standing or sitting, the muscles in your pelvis are in a 'guarded' position.
Meaning, they're blocking your body's waste from coming out.
It's a squat position that opens up the gate and lets it all out.
This is why you'll hear about people passing gas in Child's Position during yoga.
The 'knees to the chest' position relaxes all the tension and let's the flow begin.
If you find yourself constipated all the time, and/or fighting with hemorrhoids, it may be because you're trying to force your body to do something natural in a very UNnatural position.
It's not a fiber thing.
It's a relaxation thing.
I use something called a Squatty Potty. No affiliation here, I just love the product.
It's a stool that fits around the base of the toilet to place my feet on and get my body into a healthy position.
The key is to get your knees higher than your hips as you see in the picture.
If you aren't doing this, all the fiber, water and supplements won't help.
So if you want to be healthier in 2025, make proper poop alignment one of your non-negotiables.
Because a new year full of old 💩 isn't the best way to start a fresh, new year.
